On 4th March 2020, Innoverce365 has, once again, successfully launched their Inno-Circle Workshop held at the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) in Adelaide, South Australia. The attendees consist of 40 delegates from many different organizations of various kinds of industrial sectors. This workshop is generally a half-day event carried out from 11:30am until 1:30pm, in which it focuses on the application of data-driven analytics via the renowned Innovation360 methodology to demonstrate ways to instil a culture of innovation across any organization.
Additionally, with Mr. Peter Glasheen – Head of the faculty and leading Innovation360 Australia – as the keynote speaker, participants were taught on how to assimilate their organizational strengths and weaknesses as well as contribute through their innovation efforts. These efforts – combining with the application of the Innovation360 framework in assessing innovation capabilities – will ensure that participants will be able to guide organizational strategies, decisions and resource allocations; thus, help increase their chances to achieve success.
This event that utilizes visual presentation and interactive activities has given participants a holistic view of their organizations’ current condition, and provided insights of the nature of innovation grounded in research. Not only that, participants also obtained new perspectives, gained from the discussions amongst peers that covers the strategy, process, culture, governance, metrics, and organization for innovation.
At the end of the event, participants are privileged to receive their own unique personalized 40-page report – generated by the innovation Assessment Tool and Report Generator; InnoSurvey® – relating to their innovation capabilities with added recommendations on ways to take innovation to the next level.
Innoverce365 is looking forward for the next 2020 Inno-Circle Workshop Event happening in Kuala Lumpur.
