On 23rd October 2019, Innoverce365 successfully launched their inaugural Innovation Circle held in Pullman Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Innoverce365 that operates in Malaysia and Australia are Certified Gold Partners of Innovation360 Group AB based in Sweden and New York.
The Innovation Circle event was attended by 21 delegates from 15 organisations ranging from various manufacturing, service and government agencies. Mr. Peter Glasheen, the Head of faculty and leading Innovation360 Australia was the keynote speaker.
The theme of this event was “Transforming your innovation capabilities to commercial realization”. During this event, the participants learned to understand their organisation’s strengths and weaknesses in order to guide innovation strategy, decisions and resource allocations along all three horizons of innovations.
They learned how to increase the chances to succeed with their innovation efforts utilizing the Innovation360 framework for assessing innovation capabilities.
They obtained a holistic view of their organization’s current conditions, learned the language for innovation that is grounded in research and obtained new perspectives through the Innovation Assessment Tool and Report Generator – The InnoSurvey®.
Further innovation management discussions were facilitated via round table discussions with peers covering strategy, process, culture, governance, metrics and organizing for innovation. Innoverce365 is looking forward organizing their next Innovation Circle Event in Q1 2020 in Kuala Lumpur and Adelaide Australia.
